Kurt Anderson has held jobs as a roofer, machine operator, freelance magazine writer, toxicologist, and environmental scientist. He has been published in numerous magazines, including Outdoor Life, The Family Handyman, and Cabin Life, where he chronicles his adventures in the woods, on the water, and in the garage. His first non-fiction book, How to Back Up a Trailer…and 101 Other Things Every Real Guy Should Know, was published by Adams Media in 2008. Check out “Trailer” here. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in biology.
Kurt lives in northern Minnesota with his wife and two children.
